SHIPPING

Houtendong comes straight to your door, so you don’t have to leave town. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days once your payment is received. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as Elvis has left the building.

We are shipping internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes at your country. You can choose your destination during checkout and get shipping rates before placing the order.

Delivery Times & Rates

We are shipping to Germany at 4,50 EUR and for free on domestic orders at 72,00 EUR. If everything goes smooth your boxers should be delivered within 1-2 working days.

International orders are shipped starting at 8,90 EUR. Delivery within Continental Europe usually requires 2-4 working days, the rest of the world up to 2 weeks. Please understand that these are only estimates.

Our shipping partner is DHL.

PAYMENT

Payment will be made either as a prepayment through advance bank transfer or via PayPal. If you choose the prepayment option, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be paid to our account within 10 days.
